Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. is seeking a Cluster Build Program Manager to lead large-scale compute cluster bring-up from concept to delivery.

You will coordinate hardware, infrastructure, software, firmware, validation, and datacenter teams to ensure on-time operation and scalable performance. You will triage issues, drive root-cause analysis, and maintain alignment with executives while protecting schedules and resources in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex hardware and software programs.
• Experience working in matrixed organizations with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build alignment and drive on-time delivery in fast-moving engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cluster bring-up end-to-end from concept through delivery and handoff.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware, infrastructure, software, firmware, validation, and data center operations.
• Develop integrated program schedules accounting for dependencies across hardware, firmware, software, and bring-up.
• Lead issue triage, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions through closure.
• Provide executive visibility into bring-up status and resource planning.
• Publish bring-up performance data via dashboards and reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement of bring-up processes and tools.
