Biorce is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive our Data function from the Austin hub, ensuring a fast-moving, cross-functional data build stays on track. This role demands translating technical complexity into actionable plans that the team can execute against.

With 5+ years of technical/project management experience, you will own roadmap delivery, manage dependencies, and maintain clear risk reporting to leadership. Hybrid work and health benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing technical/data projects in startup or fast-scaling environments
• Comfortable reading technical specs and discussing tradeoffs with engineers
• Strong organizational skills and ability to avoid bottlenecks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning and delivery for the data team's roadmap
• Translate technical requirements into milestones, timelines and ownership
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers before delays
• Run a lightweight, high-signal process with minimal overhead
• Report progress and risk clearly to leadership
• Partner with engineering, data, and scientific stakeholders
