Job summary

Tempus AI is seeking a data analytics professional to support feasibility analyses during pre-sale periods and to maintain analytics infrastructure. You will translate complex clinical, genetic, and business requirements into precise SQL-based data extractions and insights.

You will work with clinical and BD teams to define patient cohorts, leverage EMR/genetic data, and create actionable dashboards in Looker and Tableau. Strong communication and Agile teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical, computational, or healthcare-related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in healthcare analytics or related fields OR a master's degree.
• Proficiency in SQL and data transformation tools like dbt.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Ability to translate complex clinical/genetic cohorts into code.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical executor for feasibility analysis and analytics infrastructure.
• Translate clinical/genetic requirements into data extraction logic.
• Extract and summarize patient data from EMR, genetic, and lab sources.
• Support automated feasibility workflows and dashboard maintenance.
• Collaborate across technical, clinical, and operations teams.
