Job summary

Tempus is seeking an Analyst, Feasibility AI Apps to join our Chicago/NYC team. You will translate clinical, genetic, and business requirements into actionable data extractions using SQL and dbt, and translate results into concise insights for pre-sales and post-sale analytics.

You'll work with EMR, genetic, and lab data sources and help build dashboards in Looker and Tableau, supporting feasibility workflows and knowledge base development in oncology and genomics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytical/computational/healthcare field.
• 2–3 years in healthcare analytics or related field; master's in related field acceptable.
• Proficiency in SQL and data transformation tools (dbt).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau).
• Ability to translate complex clinical/genetic cohort definitions into code.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical executor for feasibility analysis and analytics infrastructure during pre-sale downtime.
• Translate clinical/genetic cohort requirements into precise data extraction logic.
• Extract and summarize patient data from EMR, genetic, and laboratory sources to generate actionable insights.
• Support the optimization of feasibility workflows and dashboard maintenance (Looker/Tableau).
• Help build oncology and clinical genomics knowledge base for accurate deliverables.
