Job summary

HealthLeap Inc. is seeking a Product Manager in San Francisco to bring clinician-focused solutions from concept to first customers. You will drive discovery, translate needs into product scope, and coordinate across customer success and engineering to ship meaningful features.

You will build prototypes with AI coding tools, review data flows, and communicate progress and risks clearly to stakeholders. This is a hands-on, startup-like role in a hybrid-friendly SF environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, including shipping a product to users.
• Strong organization and project management, ensuring cross-team delivery.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and engineers.
• Hands-on technical product experience: write/review SQL, read API docs, understand data flows.

Responsibilities

• Speak with clinicians, understand workflows, and move new products from 0 to 1.
• Shape and deliver feature expansions for existing customers and learn from usage.
• Coordinate changes like new data feeds or FHIR API across hospital teams and engineering.
• Build working prototypes with AI coding tools for early testing with customers.
• Investigate product questions: trace data, compare expected vs. actual behavior.
• Write requirements covering system behavior and edge cases; discuss tradeoffs with engineers.
• Communicate progress, risks, and changing expectations proactively.
