Job summary

TCLAD, a leader in thermally managed PCBs and advanced materials, seeks a proactive Sales Engineer/BD Manager in the United States. You will drive growth by qualifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and presenting our unique thermal solutions to AI hardware and data center customers.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle, collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams, and travel up to 50% to engage with customers and industry events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or technical sales in AI hardware or data center markets.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue.
• Strong understanding of electronics and thermal management.
• Established network with major customers and supply chains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities with OEMs and tier suppliers.
• Lead and contribute to compelling proposals, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Develop and execute market strategies to increase TCLAD's presence in AI hardware and data centers.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline from lead gen to contract award.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Represent TCLAD at industry events and customer meetings.
