Job summary

Mutiny is building an in-person customer success role in New York City. You will own onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across a book of managed accounts, becoming the expert on how each customer's business works and where Mutiny fits. You’ll teach customers to use our agent-first platform to move the needle for sales and marketing teams.

You will run strategic business reviews that tell a real story, drive action, and support renewal and expansion with a data-driven approach.
