Job summary

Together AI is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to assist customers building training, fine-tuning, and inference solutions on our GPU cluster platform. You will be the first line of defense for technical issues, act as a product expert, and drive improvements across product, sales, and support teams.

The role requires deep AI/ML and GPU HPC knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, non-standard workweek environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing tech role; at least 1 year in AI or mission-critical SaaS support.
• Strong background in AI/ML and GPU tech within HPC environments.
• Familiar with Kubernetes, SLURM, Ansible, and storage networking.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to tackle complex technical challenges involving Kubernetes GPU clusters and provide swift solutions.
• Become a product expert for the GPU Cluster service, guiding customers and deflecting issues to Engineering and Product teams as needed.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Research, and Product teams to address customer concerns and help shape Together's roadmap.
• Document system configurations, procedures, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs to enable knowledge sharing with both team and customers.
• Support coverage during holidays, nights and weekends as required to ensure reliable service.
