Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a senior AI governance специалист to design and deploy Agentic AI solutions for data governance across enterprise platforms. You will build autonomous agents with LLMs, integrate with data catalogs and MDM tools, and partner with governance engineers and stakeholders to scale governance workflows.

You will drive proof-of-value projects, manage backlogs, and ensure governance controls with secure, compliant AI practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building data governance and data management solutions.
• Strong design and implementation skills for enterprise data architectures.
• Hands-on AI/ML and Generative AI work with modern frameworks.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms and governance tooling.
• Experience guiding governance policy, lineage, and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI governance solutions for data platforms.
• Build scalable AI agents using LLMs and RAG for governance tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders on use cases.
• Develop autonomous and human-in-the-loop governance agents.
• Integrate AI agents with data catalogs, quality tools, and governance Tech.
• Create proof-of-value demos and pilot implementations.
• Refine governance backlogs and incrementally onboard controls.
• Implement monitoring, guardrails, and compliance practices.
• Support solution architecture discussions and client presentations.
• Contribute to reusable frameworks and accelerators.
