Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a Regulatory Reporting and Transparency Analyst in San Francisco to shape AI governance and regulatory reporting. You’ll work with Legal, Research, Product, and Safety to turn complex AI work into accurate risk assessments and transparency documents, building processes from the ground up.

You will design tools, test approaches, and create scalable systems to keep pace with evolving technology and regulation while ensuring clear human accountability.

Qualifications

• Foster relationships and information flows with internal teams to reduce repeated requests.
• Establish templates, quality standards, and documented workflows for durable governance.
