Job summary

JMD Technologies Inc. in Holyoke, MA seeks a Sr. Project Coordinator / Jr.

Project Manager with AI Governance experience to support enterprise AI governance and Responsible AI initiatives. You will coordinate AI intake, risk assessment, approval, governance, and lifecycle management with business and technical stakeholders. The role will work across Data Governance, Cybersecurity, Legal, Enterprise Architecture, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders to develop governance workflows,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience with AI governance frameworks and Responsible AI practices.
Experience with Data Governance including data ownership, classification, and quality.
Strong cross-functional governance, risk, or compliance coordination experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate requirements into practical governance processes and controls.

Responsibilities

Coordinate AI intake, assessment, approval, and lifecycle tracking.
Facilitate cross-functional AI risk and governance reviews.
Develop, maintain, and communicate AI governance policies, standards, and procedures.
Support AI training, outreach, documentation, and awareness initiatives.
Collaborate with Data Governance, Cybersecurity, Legal, Enterprise Architecture, Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders.
Develop and maintain AI governance documentation, dashboards, and leadership reports.
Establish and maintain AI governance controls and guardrails.
Monitor AI adoption, usage, and cost metrics.
Continuously improve AI governance workflows, processes, and controls.
Apply knowledge of Generative AI concepts, risks, capabilities, and enterprise use cases to support governance activities.
