Yoh is seeking a Head of AI Governance to lead enterprise governance for AI, analytics, and agentic use cases. The role is based in New York or Holmdel, with a 3x weekly in-office cadence and direct-hire employment.

You will shape the governance framework, policies, reviews, escalations, and monitoring across the AI lifecycle. You will partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Security to meet regulatory expectations, define KPIs, and drive durable controls.

Competenze

• 12+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI, technology risk, or related disciplines.
• Enterprise-scale experience governing AI systems, including models and agentic workflows.
• Strong understanding of AI lifecycle considerations, data usage patterns, and risk management principles.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable standards, workflows, and operating models.
• Strong stakeholder influence skills across business, technology, risk, and legal teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate through influence rather than direct control.

Mansioni

• Lead execution of the AI governance program across analytics, AI, and agentic use cases.
• Implement enterprise governance policies, standards, and guardrails aligned to risk appetite and regulatory expectations.
• Build and own the governance operating model (intake, review, escalation, monitoring, and change management).
• Govern AI lifecycle and system behaviors across models, copilots, agents, and RAG workflows (including retrieval strategies, tool use, actions, and human-in-the-loop requirements).
• Embed controls into platforms and delivery workflows to ensure governance is observable, durable, and auditable.
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Security to meet internal and external requirements.
• Define and track operational KPIs (coverage, exceptions, monitoring effectiveness, remediation trends) and continuously improve processes and controls.
• Provide leadership to governance practitioners and analysts; set priorities and build governance capability.
• Influence senior stakeholders through transparent execution and practical problem-solving.
