The Gates Foundation seeks an Advisor, AI Global Policy & Advocacy to lead GPA's cross‑cutting AI public goods strategy. You will coordinate efforts across teams, refine the foundation’s AI position, and ensure strategic external engagement with funders and partners.

You will build coherence across AI policy, funding, and program strategy, engaging senior stakeholders and driving impact in a fast‑moving field.

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise in AI policy and advocacy.
• Experience translating AI knowledge into strategy and funding decisions.
• Ability to convene senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in global health, development, or related policy/philanthropy.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate GPA's AI activity across teams and external partners.
• Shape a foundation position on AI topics and translate priorities into policy goals.
• Mobilize funding and manage relationships with funders and capital sources.
• Represent GPA at external AI summits and convenings.
