Job summary

HexCoded in Gurgaon, India seeks an AI generalist with high agency to drive growth, GTM experiments, and a data-driven approach to scaling the product. You will own campaigns end-to-end, build and analyze funnels, and translate user feedback into concrete improvements.

You will engage with users directly, test product changes, and maintain a sharp focus on fast iterations over polish while leveraging your comfort with numbers and clear writing to move decisions quickly.

Qualifications

• You are an AI generalist who uses AI tools daily and can write some code with a model’s help.
• You close loops without being chased, solving half-formed problems.
• You are comfortable with numbers, not afraid to be wrong when data proves it.
• You write clearly and concisely since your output informs actions.
• You prioritize speed over polish and prefer shipping multiple rough ideas quickly.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound and paid experiments end to end: build the list, write copy, send, analyze, and iterate.
• Own the funnel from signup to first paid render; diagnose drop-offs with concrete reasons.
• Talk to users on calls, chat, and from their own words; bring back verbatim feedback.
• Test what is about to ship, write bugs, and advocate changes you deem important.
• Know tools in the AI space, compare costs and capabilities, and identify where we win.
• Handle urgent issues as they arise, whether vendor, data, or hiring pipeline.
