Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field.
• 2+ years of industry experience developing and deploying AI/GenAI solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience designing and executing data science experiments and ML projects.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/GenAI solutions addressing real business challenges.
• Build and operationalize ML and LLM solutions from concept to production.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Develop proofs-of-concept, pilots, and enterprise-scale AI applications.
• Implement prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and modern AI architectures.
• Generate insights through data exploration and advanced analytics.
• Build scalable data pipelines and AI workflows for production environments.
• Monitor and improve model performance and solution effectiveness.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
