Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, CS, Engineering, Physics or related field.
• 2+ years in AI/Generative AI development and deployment.
• Strong Python and SQL programming skills.
• Experience designing and executing DS experiments and ML projects.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions addressing real business challenges.
• Build and operationalize ML and LLM solutions from concept to production.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Develop proofs-of-concept, pilots, and enterprise-scale AI applications.
• Implement prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and modern AI architectures.
• Generate business insights via data exploration and advanced analytics.
• Build scalable data pipelines and AI workflows for production.
• Monitor and improve model performance and solution effectiveness.
• Communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay current with AI GenAI trends and cloud technologies.
