StackedHR is seeking a full-stack engineer to develop innovative solutions for their hiring platform. This role emphasizes autonomy, with the chance to create impactful features while collaborating closely with talented engineers. Candidates will be mentored and supported in their growth, with a focus on practical skills over formal credentials.
At StackedHR (https://stackedhr.ai), we’re reinventing how the hiring process works. StackedHR gets rid of the resume screen and the old-fashioned reliance on years of work experience as a proxy for skill. We've built a mix of AI review with peer-evaluation to modernize the hiring flow and make it so that the candidates that can do the job best are the ones that get hired.
This position is for a full-stack engineer with AI chops that will be working on building the core product. This is a perfect role for you if you're obsessed with tinkering and building things no one else thought possible.
