AI Full Stack Engineer

Tawkify is on a mission to redefine romantic matchmaking for the modern age.We're a profitable, established (10+ years) company generating millions inmonthly revenue, and now we're poised to leverage the power of AI and LLMs todramatically improve our service and scale.

Unlike most dating apps, Tawkify combines human connection with data-driveninsights. Our team of matchmakers provides a personalized touch, but we alsohave a treasure trove of data – not just about people, but detailed feedbackon every date, success rates, and relationship outcomes. This unique data iswhat will allow us to build AI solutions that were never possible before.

The Opportunity:

We're rebuilding our systems from the ground up to empower our matchmakers andunlock the full potential of AI. This isn't about slapping AI on top of anexisting process – it's about rethinking our entire service delivery model.

We’re looking for two talented engineers to join our small (4-person) butimpactful team:

• Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead: If you're a seasoned engineer wholoves to code and guide architecture decisions, this is for you. You'll beresponsible for ensuring our systems are scalable, well-designed, andmaintainable without falling into the trap of over-engineering. You'll havesignificant autonomy and ownership over key architectural choices.
• Junior Software Engineer: Got 1-2 years of experience and hungry to learn?This is a rare opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers whilehaving a high degree of autonomy and impact. You’ll be writing production codefrom day one (seriously, you'll submit your first pull request by the end ofday two).

What You’ll Do (Impact!):

• Help design and build the next generation of our matchmaking platform.
• Integrate and leverage AI models to automate tasks, enhance matchmakingprecision, and surface insights.
• Work with a modern tech stack (Typescript, Prisma, Postgres, tRPC), makingcritical decisions about technology choices.
• Collaborate closely with matchmakers and the product team to understand theirneeds and build solutions that directly impact their work.
• Contribute to a culture of high-quality code, testing, and continuousimprovement.
