Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline as listed above.
• Experience building software applications using Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript or C#.
• Foundational knowledge of software engineering principles including OOP, data structures, debugging, and testing.
• Exposure to full-stack or backend development concepts, APIs, databases, and cloud integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use AI-assisted and augmented development tools to build, test, debug, deploy, and enhance software applications, APIs, and scalable, secure systems.
• Support the development of AI-enabled applications, agentic workflows, and automation solutions.
• Design, develop, integrate, and support full-stack applications, backend services, APIs, databases, and cloud-native components.
• Help evaluate AI-generated outputs for quality, performance, and business relevance.
• Contribute to knowledge and context systems, testing, deployment, monitoring, and operational support.
• Apply responsible AI principles and software engineering best practices while learning new tools.
