Job summary

C-4 Analytics is hiring a Product Manager to explore, prototype, and build new product capabilities using AI and modern tooling. You’ll move ideas from concept to validation and help determine what’s worth scaling into real products across marketing, data, and operations.

You’ll own prototypes, run fast experiments, and translate AI capabilities into practical solutions while partnering with engineering to deliver production-ready features that drive business value.

• Identify and develop new product opportunities across marketing, data, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Build prototypes and working demos to validate ideas quickly.
• Run experiments to determine what’s worth scaling—and what to stop.
• Translate emerging capabilities (AI, automation, data) into practical product opportunities.
• Partner with engineering to evolve validated ideas into production-ready solutions.
• Stay close to internal users and clients to identify high-leverage opportunities.
