Quest Analytics is seeking an AI-forward Marketing Specialist – Team Lead to steer our content and editorial engine across enterprise network intelligence and provider data accuracy. You will craft thought leadership, shape editorial strategy, manage a content team, and partner with agencies while embedding AI into workflows to improve quality and capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field, or 8+ years of equivalent B2B marketing experience.
• 7+ years of professional writing and B2B content marketing across long-form leadership, articles, case studies, emails, web content, and social copy.
• Experience building integrated content calendars across multiple channels and formats.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered content tools, including Claude and Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead content and thought leadership strategy across enterprise network intelligence and provider data accuracy.
• Own an integrated content and editorial calendar connecting priorities, campaigns, and demand generation.
• Lead and coach a content team, manage agencies, and set clear priorities with KPIs and timelines.
• Help build an AI-forward marketing organization by embedding AI workflows across research, ideation, content production, and measurement.
