Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering complex enterprise systems in regulated or client-facing contexts.
• Hands-on engineering depth across integration-heavy architectures and distributed systems.
• Experience with modern AI-enabled stacks and solutions for enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcome delivery for the cell, including scoping and production readiness.
• Embed with the client to translate needs into executable technical solutions.
• Serve as primary technical interface to client stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Stay hands-on, designing and building key parts of the solution as needed.
• Ensure deployments meet safety, integrity, and cost constraints in regulated settings.
