Job summary

Coupa Software, Inc. seeks an AI-forward Education Services Manager to design, build, and scale our certification and credentialing programs. You will transform training verification into legally defensible certifications, enabling real-world readiness and value across customers, partners, and employees.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Learning Products, Portfolio, GTM & Credentialing, you will lead modern testing tech usage and fast-paced, AI-driven program operations in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading credentialing or certification programs in a high-growth Enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with Certiverse and Accredible or equivalents.
• Deep psychometric knowledge and testing standards.
• AI-enabled tagging, item generation, or reporting experience.
• Strong Agile project experience (Asana).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overarching vision and roadmap for tiering certification structure aligned with GTM objectives.
• Manage three-tiered credentialing architecture: Certifications, Micro-certifications, and Certificates of Completion.
• Lead exam architecture: design, blueprinting, beta testing, psychometric validation using Certiverse.
• Partner with SMEs for Job Task Analyses to align assessments with real-world personas.
• Oversee Certiverse optimization, AI proctoring, and Accredible badging.
• Track program KPIs: registrations, pass/fail, renewals, and ROI.
• Apply AI-first content acceleration and Agile delivery to exam content.
