Job summary

Coupa is seeking an AI-forward Certification & Credentialing Leader to design, build, and scale our next-generation programs. You will move from verification to legally defensible certifications that prove real-world readiness and drive value across customers, partners, and employees.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Learning Products, Portfolio, GTM & Credentialing, you will own a three-tier architecture of Certifications, Micro-certifications, and Certificates of Completion, and you’ll oversee

Qualifications

• 5+ years directing credentialing or certification programs in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience with Certiverse and Accredible or similar platforms.
• Strong psychometric testing knowledge and blueprinting.
• AI-enabled content tagging and exam generation experience.
• Agile delivery in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Product, Enablement and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Coupa’s tiered certification system.
• Lead end-to-end design of Certiverse-based exams and JTAs with SMEs.
• Oversee digital badging with Accredible and ensure exam security.
• Align certifications with GTM objectives and customer needs.
