You will own the end-to-end portfolio—from content creation and validation to go-to-market and recertification—serving practitioners, enterprises, and partners worldwide.

You will pioneer AI-driven adaptive assessments and psychometric models to move beyond one-time testing and provide continuous validation of cloud skills at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of people management experience.
• 7+ years of technical program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience managing certification and/or skill assessment programs at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AWS Certification portfolio strategy and delivery.
• Oversee content creation, validation, GTM, and recertification.
• Apply AI, adaptive assessment, and psychometrics to improve validation at scale.
