Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a Data Scientist, Sr. Specialist to join the Supply Risk Analytics team in New Jersey. You will work on AI-enabled analytics quantifying supply risk, build probabilistic models, and craft narratives with Claude Code for business partners across the US, Europe, and Asia.

You will develop dashboards and pipelines, collaborate with data engineers, and contribute to a scalable AI platform while growing in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a life sciences, informatics, data, or technical field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to AI-enabled supply risk models using Monte Carlo simulation and probabilistic methods.
• Develop and maintain forecasting and anomaly detection components.
• Build interactive front-ends (Streamlit/React) for business users and enable reporting automation.
• Document methods, data lineage, and validation per responsible AI and data-privacy practices.
