Job summary

University of Minnesota's CCAPS invites applications for the AI for HR Professionals Program Lead, a temporary, part-time, non-tenured role within Professional Development and Lifelong Learning. The position designs curriculum, oversees curriculum outcomes, and guides instructor searches.

You will work with course SMEs, advise instructors, and support enrollment and marketing efforts while upholding CCAPS values of access, learning, inclusivity, collaboration, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four years of work experience related to the subject matter.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive environment.
• Deep knowledge of the program subject matter.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to learners.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and update the program curriculum and outcomes.
• Advise course SMEs and instructors and participate in searches.
• Support enrollment and marketing efforts through collaboration with teams.
