You will oversee engineering delivery across legacy and modern stacks, partnering with Product, Security, and DevOps teams to ensure continuity for users.

The role emphasizes governance, evaluation, and an agentic capability mindset, with responsibility for roadmap execution and cross-team alignment in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing engineers who ship to production.
• Engineering leadership able to review technical decisions.
• Experience delivering model-backed capabilities to real users and monitoring after release.
• Holding a quality gate under delivery pressure.
• Experience overseeing both legacy and target platforms while shipping.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, prioritization, and delivery commitments for your team.
• Allocate people to work, manage escalations, and resolve blockers.
• Land process improvements to reduce friction.
• Partner with Product, Data Engineering, Security, DevOps to align priorities.
