Job summary

Glean is seeking a strategic Technical Recruiter to help shape the next era of enterprise AI. You will partner with engineering, product, infrastructure, machine learning, security, and other technical leaders to translate business priorities into clear hiring strategies and build durable talent pipelines.

You will use AI as a force multiplier, own the full lifecycle, and help make recruiting faster, more insightful, and more human.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across software engineering, machine learning, infrastructure, security, data or product.
• Strong partnering with hiring managers to define roles and decision making.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to experiment in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand goals, team structures, role requirements.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for technical searches across engineering, product, ML, infrastructure, security, data, TPM.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to onboarding handoff.
• Build pipelines through research, outreach, referrals, communities, events, and creative sourcing.
• Define candidate profiles, calibrate interview processes, and maintain a high hiring bar.
• Create a timely, transparent, inclusive candidate experience from first contact to final decision.
