Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a delivery-focused Product/Program Manager to own and drive one or more Design, Cost & Complexity products in the DCC portfolio. You will turn vision into executable plans, manage dependencies across engineering, IT and business partners, and prove value with real users.

You will partner with Product Managers to translate strategy into quarterly milestones, run pilots, and track adoption, time savings and quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years in technical program management delivering software products or platforms.
Experience taking products toward production and real user adoption.
Leadership by influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

Own the delivery roadmap; translate vision to quarterly plans and milestones.
Plan pilots and releases with business partners, track adoption and time saved.
Coordinate with leadership, program teams, IT, security and data teams.
Lead integration and transition planning from legacy tools to new processes.
Ensure components fit together as one system and manage cross-team dependencies.
Facilitate planning, reviews and retrospectives; maintain Jira visibility.
Surface risks and schedule realities early; promote change management and adoption.
Work with a global team across multiple locations and time zones.
Dive into architecture, data flows, APIs, cloud platforms and AI trade-offs.
