Job summary

Blue Origin in the Greater Seattle Area is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager III to own end-to-end sourcing strategies for high-rate production, embedded with engineering and manufacturing teams to drive readiness and cost-down.

You will manage supplier lifecycle, run source selection events, and design AI-enabled procurement workflows, traveling up to 25% and collaborating with leadership to deliver on-time, within-budget material and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years OR Master's degree with 2+ years of supply chain, engineering, or program management experience in manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to NPI (New Product Introduction) or development programs from design through high-rate production at scale.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; able to embed with engineering and manufacturing teams and influence.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Supplier Management: build bid packages, support source selection events, qualify new suppliers, and drive readiness with PPAP and capability studies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting: embed with technical programs and provide status, risk, and mitigation reporting to leadership.
• AI-First Operating Model: define requirements for AI-driven procurement automation and supervise automated processes with human-in-the-loop.
