Job summary

BSPK is seeking a seasoned Solutions Delivery Manager to own client engagements from presales to go-live. You will partner with the CEO and sales to shape solutions, scope projects, and lead delivery across BSPK's engineering, customer success and integration teams.

The role requires deep experience delivering software for retail, fashion or ecommerce brands and fluency with AI tools. You will operate in a remote Canada context with strong client leadership and engineering collaboration.

Qualifications

Full fluency with AI and agentic tools.
Proven track record delivering software for retail, fashion or ecommerce brands.
6+ years in solutions consulting, presales, implementation or delivery management for B2B SaaS.
Hands-on understanding of retail and commerce systems (Shopify, Salesforce, Dynamics, NetSuite, Klaviyo).
Experience writing statements of work, project plans and RFP responses.
Strong executive presence and ability to present to leadership.
Clear, structured written communication in English.

Responsibilities

Join discovery calls and lead technical and operational discovery with client teams.
Map the client's systems landscape across commerce, POS, CRM, marketing and data platforms.
Design the target solution using BSPK connectors and open APIs.
Lead tailored demos and solution walkthroughs for business and technical stakeholders.
Own technical and delivery sections of RFPs, security questionnaires and proposals.
Translate client requirements into scope, assumptions and acceptance criteria.
Write statements of work, project plans and pricing inputs for CEO and sales.
Coordinate data integrations, configuration, testing and launch with partners.
