Job summary

Vibehackers is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer embedded in a client’s engineering organization to ship features across an Angular front end and .NET backend while leading the team's transition to an AI-first, spec-driven development workflow using agentic coding tools.

The role entails acting as the team's thought leader for agentic AI workflows, building customer-facing applications, writing robust SQL and APIs, and guiding peers toward scalable, secure solutions in a remote, LATAM/US

Role

Senior Full-Stack Engineer embedded in a client’s engineering organization to implement customer-facing web applications and act as the team’s thought leader for agentic, AI-first development workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer-facing web applications: Angular front-end, .NET backend APIs, SQL Server database, hosted in Azure.
• Work spec-driven inside a Kanban SDLC: create AI-assisted implementation plans from specs and implement using agentic coding tools.
• Lead and evolve the team’s agentic workflow: extend AI plugins/skills, evaluate tooling, coach teammates, and model AI-first practices.
• Optimize the application stack for efficiency, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Write SQL queries and work with relational data.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and QA; communicate status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Strong backend experience with C# / .NET (5+ years; .NET 5+; current backend on .NET Core/.NET 8+).
• Front-end experience with TypeScript and Angular (3+ years; Angular 2+).
• Fluency in agentic AI development: planning-first workflows, directing coding agents with precise context, multi-model use, reviewing and hardening agent output.
• Product-level thinking: work from specs, question requirements, plan technically, and translate business intent into implementation.
• Experience writing SQL queries for SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git and SDLC management tooling such as Azure DevOps; understanding of CI/CD.
• Excellent web app troubleshooting and debugging skills; strong written and verbal communication; ability to coach and take ownership.

What This Is Not

• Not an ML or data-science role; the AI processing pipeline is owned by another team.
• Not casual AI usage; this role expects AI-default workflows, not occasional autocomplete.
• Not a code-only executor role; spec-level and product-level thinking are core.
• Not a DBA role; working SQL ability is required but not deep database administration.
