Job summary

Ping Identity’s PingOne Multi-tenant SaaS organization seeks a Senior Manager, SaaS Quality Engineering to lead AI-first SDLC transformation and agentic quality workflows across global teams.

You will own the quality systems strategy for MCP Server and Identity for AI work, drive scalable testing, and partner with Development, SRE, DevTools, Product, and Architecture to improve release readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/quality leadership.
• 5+ years leading SaaS/identity teams.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS and cloud-native tech.
• Strong shift-left quality transformation experience.
• Excellent communication across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-first SDLC transformation across PingOne MT quality org, including agentic workflows for requirements, test design, execution, and release-readiness.
• Lead PingOne MT quality strategy and execution across regions, shaping standards and measurable outcomes.
• Own quality systems strategy for PingOne MCP Server and Identity for AI surfaces, including validation and production readiness.
• Lead the Quality Platform pillar: reusable test frameworks, tooling, CI/CD gates, telemetry, and developer-owned quality enablement.
• Build System Validation for E2E validation across products and platforms, enabling scrum teams to own validation near code.
