Job summary

zvoove is modernizing its payroll-related software with an AI-first, automation-first quality engineering approach. You will build automated coverage, generate test data, and translate complex payroll rules into repeatable validation as part of an interdisciplinary, international team.

The role emphasizes AI-driven test-data management, regression testing, and integration with CI/CD pipelines to embed quality into development.

Qualifications

• Several years in QA automation or quality engineering or software testing.
• Experience with API, integration and backend testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated quality gates.
• Good scripting skills and ability to automate repetitive tasks.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret complex business rules.
• Automation-first and AI-first mindset in testing.

Responsibilities

• Build an AI-first, automation-first quality engineering approach for Payroll.
• Create automated regression coverage for Payroll capabilities.
• Use AI to discover, generate and improve test scenarios.
• Create characterization and golden-master tests for existing behavior.
• Build automated API, integration and service-level testing.
• Establish AI-driven test-data management as a core capability.
• Collaborate with Payroll domain experts to translate rules into tests.
• Use AI to analyse system behavior and identify regression risks.
• Use AI to analyse test failures and cluster defects.
• Integrate automated quality controls into the delivery process.
