Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree with at least seven years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Define, champion, and evolve the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and value proposition using data, AI, automation, and agentic capabilities.
• Lead continuous discovery with staff, managers, and units to identify pain points and redesign services and processes.
• Own the product priorities, roadmap, backlog, and make evidence-based build/buy/partner decisions.
• Lead iterative delivery from discovery through launch with prototypes, pilots, and user testing to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate across business and ITS teams to ensure solutions are intuitive, secure, interoperable, and scalable.
• Build alignment with sponsors and stakeholders to support adoption and embed new solutions into work practices.
• Define success measures, monitor adoption and performance, and continuously improve solutions.
