Job summary

You will collaborate across product, design, data, and enterprise integrations, with travel up to 50% and a hybrid office model. As an engineer, you will shape AI behavior, measure outcomes, and maintain production quality while balancing speed,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant and applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
• End-to-end delivery from concept to launch and adoption.
• Technical breadth across frontend, backend, API, data, and cloud.
• Applied AI experience with large language models, retrieval, tools or similar patterns.
• Evaluation experience with automated testing and behavioral evaluation.
• Live-service ownership including telemetry, debugging, reliability, incident response.
• User-centered practice collaborating with users, designers and product leaders.
• Engineering craft with clear specs, maintainable code and thoughtful review.
• This role requires up to 50% travel and hybrid office presence.

Responsibilities

• Start with the user by working with users and domain experts to understand workflows and identify AI value.
• Test assumptions quickly by turning hypotheses into concise specs, prototypes, and small releases.
• Own complete product slices across experience, services, data, AI behavior and integrations.
• Shape AI behavior with instructions, context, retrieval, outputs and tool use.
• Build the evidence system with representative tasks and automated evaluations.
• Connect outcomes to behavior by instrumenting user journeys and monitoring metrics.
• Engineer for responsible use with clear permission boundaries, data handling and safe fallbacks.
• Own production quality by releasing incrementally and monitoring live behavior.
• Make practical trade-offs between experience, quality, speed, reliability and cost.
• Contribute reusable patterns and evaluation assets across the platform.
