Job summary

WHOOP is hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape the next generation of member experiences at the intersection of human performance and AI-driven technology. You will lead end-to-end design, translating complex data into trustworthy interfaces and working with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to deliver production-ready solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of product design experience, a strong mobile-focused portfolio, and a passion for health and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong portfolio of consumer-facing mobile products.
• Expertise in UX, interaction design and product thinking.
• Ability to translate AI-driven data into intuitive interfaces.
• Experience designing for AI-first products and wearables is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from research to polished experiences.
• Translate AI-driven insights into clear interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover member needs.
• Create information architectures and interaction patterns balancing intuitiveness with tech sophistication.
• Prototype in Figma and explore real interactions with no-code/low-code tools.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Actively use AI in your design workflow for ideation and prototyping.
• Advocate for inclusive, ethical, and transparent AI design with accessibility in mind.
