Verily Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define the engagement and interaction model of our mobile and web app — spanning care, consumer, and research experiences — and reimagine it as an AI-first experience.

This role sits at the intersection of systems thinking, emerging AI interaction patterns, and behavioral design, shaping how AI should be woven into the app to be smarter, more personal, and more engaging.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing products.
• Fluency with AI product patterns (LLM-based, agentic experiences, generative UI) and applying them to real products.
• Experience designing and measuring engagement or retention mechanics (habit loops, gamification, personalization, nudges) in a consumer app.
• Strong systems thinking — architecture-level decisions and interaction-level details.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision to make the app AI-first — replacing, augmenting, or reorganizing flows.
• Design engagement loops, notification strategies, and gamification grounded in behavioral science for health contexts.
• Lead products through discovery, prototyping, launch, and iteration with bias for action in a fast-moving space.
• Synthesize latest AI interaction patterns and translate them into concrete app opportunities.
• Balance innovation with regulatory, clinical, privacy, and safety requirements.
