Responsibilities

• Shape product and design direction for consumer experiences across health, finance, and general agents.
• Design and ship products from concept to final visual execution.
• Define how ChatGPT behaves across domains while preserving a coherent OpenAI experience.
• Explore new interaction models for AI systems that understand context and act on user intent.
• Collaborate with research, engineering, product, safety, and domain experts to build useful, responsible products.
• Conduct user research to understand needs, expectations, and risks in each vertical.
