Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a senior software engineer to join the Apps & Experiences organization. You will shape AI-first platforms, own developer tooling, and build scalable infrastructure to support Snowsight, Snowflake CoWork, and related UX features.

You will collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality, observable systems and drive 10x improvements in developer productivity. On-site in Bellevue or remote within the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills and collaboration across teams.
• Experience with AI or LLM-based applications (agents, prompts, evals).
• Strong CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Track record delivering tooling for large codebases and improving developer productivity.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-first platforms and tools to enhance developer experience for Snowsight.
• Develop scalable, maintainable developer infrastructure and tooling.
• Improve platform reliability via observability, SLOs, and automated remediation.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Contribute to engineering processes, tooling, and coding standards.
