Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a senior software engineer to empower engineers to deliver reliable code quickly and to build a best-in-class Developer Experiences platform that leverages AI advancements. You will own Bazel Build systems, IDEs, and Cloud Workspaces, and apply AI to solve engineering challenges.

You will contribute to elastic, high-performance infrastructure, collaborate with a cross-functional team, and work on-site at our Bellevue, WA or Menlo Park, CA offices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong inclination to use and innovate using AI tools.
• A strong passion for making developers highly productive.
• A track record of flawless technical execution.
• Excellent problem solving skills and strong CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Fluency in Java, C++, Python or Golang.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Outstanding written and oral English language skills.
• Ability to work on-site at our Bellevue, WA or Menlo Park, CA office.
