Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a People Program Manager based in the United States to shape a modern People function in an AI-first environment. You will own high-impact programs spanning performance management, compensation, People operations, AI adoption, and organizational transformation.

As a key program manager, you will bring structure and momentum to cross-functional initiatives, analyze outcomes, and turn insights into actionable recommendations while building scalable processes across HR

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in People Operations or HR program management.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of performance management and compensation cycle processes.
• Experience conducting post-mortems/retrospectives and translating findings into improvements.
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments and able to create structure where limited infra exists.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools in HR or willingness to experiment with AI capabilities.
• Hands-on AI experimentation is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end mid-year and annual performance and compensation cycles, including program management, check-ins, reviews, calibration, and timelines.
• Coordinate performance and pay programs with HRBPs, Total Rewards, and People leadership.
• Lead post-mortems after cycles and develop data-backed recommendations for future programs.
• Own People team's program calendar and roadmap, coordinating across HRBPs, Total Rewards, TA, and L&D.
• Build lightweight project infrastructure: intake, status reporting, milestones, documentation.
• Identify pain points and develop structured processes to address challenges.
• Ensure People data is accessible and properly permissioned within systems.
• Lead change management for AI adoption across HR with rollout plans and training.
• Develop rewards and recognition programs supporting AI transformation with stakeholders.
• Support IPO readiness programs and initiatives.
