Block, Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Engineer specialized in Oracle Fusion to lead the finance tech transformation.

This role focuses on architecture and scaling of the stack powering Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and FP&A, with an AI-first engineering mindset. You will drive AI-enabled development, design robust data models, and build seamless integrations across enterprise systems, while collaborating with business leaders and engineers to accelerate delivery and automate

Qualifikationen

Oracle Fusion expertise in FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
Strong SQL/PL/SQL, relational databases, and web services (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML).
Experience in accounting process transformations and data modeling.
Ability to break down complex requirements and automate财ancial workflows.

Drive AI-First development by embedding AI tools into the workflow.
Architect scalable financial solutions across Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
