Job summary

Bloomberg seeks a creative, strategic Product Manager to lead the client experience for Agents in ASKB. You will own the vision, roadmap, and success metrics, ensuring the experience is simple for users while powerful for enterprise clients.

You will work with clients and partner with model/agent platform teams, UX, Sales, Market Specialists, and Support to scale capabilities across their organizations and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience in enterprise software, workflow products, or platform products.
• Strong product judgment; ability to set strategy from discovery to launch.
• Experience turning client workflows into clear product decisions for complex tech.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, UX, AI, and GTM teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and success measures for customer experience of Agents in ASKB.
• Turn client needs into clear product decisions and simple experiences.
• Shape how clients create, use, share, and get value from agents across their org.
• Define how firms organize and manage agents with shared controls and governance.
• Lead pilots and launches, communicating priorities and trade-offs clearly.
