Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own a key component of the Professional Audit workflow within the CCH Tax & Accounting portfolio. You’ll be accountable for end-to-end product success, balancing speed, quality, and strategic value.

You will translate strategy into clear requirements, collaborate with Engineering and Design, and drive AI-enabled improvements. You’ll lead cross-functional teams and partner with GTM stakeholders to enable customer adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience.
• Computer Science or Software Engineering degree preferred.
• 8+ years of Product Management and/or Founder experience, ideally in an early-stage or fast-scaling startup.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, long-term vision, and priorities for your focus area.
• Translate strategy into clear requirements, specs, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality product enhancements.
• Manage multiple workstreams with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Identify AI-enabled opportunities to improve user experience and efficiency.
