Humana is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead an AI-first transformation of our clinical technology organization, embedding AI-assisted engineering and modern data platforms into enterprise healthcare systems. Lead and scale an engineering organization for enterprise integrations and data platforms.
Own the AI-first engineering agenda across the SDLC from requirements to production.
Collaborate with multi-vendor delivery ecosystems to ensure accountability and results.
Drive architecture for clinical data platforms using Databricks and Snowflake.
Translate technical delivery into business and clinical outcomes for senior leadership.
Mentor and grow a high-performing, AI-enabled engineering team.
