Qualifications

• 2–5 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Full-stack development experience with React.
• Experience designing APIs, asynchronous systems, and webhooks.
• Solid understanding of database design and query optimization.
• Ability to own projects and work independently in a fast-paced startup.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack product features from concept through production.
• Design scalable backend systems, APIs, and event-driven workflows.
• Develop customer-facing applications and internal tools.
• Create integrations with third-party platforms and external systems.
• Improve platform reliability, observability, and performance.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand workflows.
• Work across frontend, backend, and infra based on priorities.
• Influence engineering culture and product direction in an early-stage company.
