Job summary

ENFOS, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to drive the next phase of platform evolution. You will own backlog execution for a defined product area and partner with Engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality enterprise software.

The role requires translating ambiguous business problems into clear requirements, measurable outcomes, and scalable workflows with an AI-first mindset across finance, accounting, and operations domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Owner/PM roles within enterprise B2B SaaS or complex business apps.
• Proven track record owning backlogs and delivering with Engineering, QA, and UX.
• Strong Agile/Scrum expertise including backlog management and sprint execution.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, BI tools, and data-driven prioritization.
• Demonstrated AI-first mindset and use of AI tools to accelerate work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and business audiences.
• Ownership mentality with bias for action and stakeholder collaboration.
• Comfort working directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog prioritization and delivery for a defined product area, translating strategy into executable work.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with clear scope and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and UX to ship high-quality, audit-grade software.
• Define AI acceptance criteria, guardrails, and traceability for AI-enabled features.
• Engage customers and stakeholders to validate priorities and convert feedback into product improvements.
• Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
