FMX is seeking an Engineer Manager to lead a Core Team, coach engineers, and align work with product goals. You will stay close to code, contribute fixes, and shape AI-first development practices while modeling strong engineering leadership.

You will partner with product, design, QA, and other leaders to drive high-performing, inclusive teams, hire top talent, and deliver high-quality software for customers.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of engineering management or technical leadership experience; prior software engineer background.
• Builder mindset; still contribute fixes and non-mission-critical work.
• Hands-on experience with AI-first development and best practices to teach others.
• Must be able to work Eastern Time hours for daily team meetings.
• Proven ability to coach and grow engineers at every career stage.
• Experience improving engineering processes and cross-functional collaboration.
